How would you like to work with one of Britain’s most successful sport and leisure businesses at the forefront of Becky Adlington Training, our training and development business for sport and leisure?
We are looking for an experienced Training Development Officer dedicated to learning and development and giving people fantastic opportunities to train, develop and be employed within our partners businesses across the UK.
Supporting the business, the training development officer will design, deliver, assess, and review an agreed provision of learning/courses per calendar year through the network of internal and external partners. The role will support the training team with recruitment, training, development and retention of all internal workforce needs for our businesses and will support the Head of Training with National projects, business to business offers, sales and growth, resource and product development and the quality assurance of both learning provision and internal workforce and business teaching delivery.
This role requires an experienced Swim England Qualifications licensed educator as a minimum standard.

Job Title: Training Development Officer

Salary: £25,000 – 29,000 plus bonuses
Location: Nationwide with extensive travel and overnight stays
