Becky joined by Steve Parry to support local leisure centres

Becky was joined by fellow Olympic swimmer and friend, Steve Parry as they opened the first phases of the newly refurbished Newbold Comyn and St Nicholas Park leisure centres over the weekend.

More than 100 children from across the Warwick district attended the event, hosted by our partners, Everyone Active alongside Warwick District Council. The day was packed full of fun games and activities led by guest Olympic athletes.

Discussing the event, Becky said, “Both swimming pools are fantastic and provide children across the District with great venues to learn a life-saving skill.
“I hope that everyone who attended the events had a great time and learnt new skills that will inspire them to swim more often.”
